24 Hour Emergency Care

The Emergency Department at CCMH is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are a Level 5 Trauma Designation and have the capability of treating, stabilizing, and/or transferring any emergency medical situation that comes through our doors.

Treatment Room

The Treatment Room is an outpatient service that offers a variety of ambulatory care. Services are coordinated by a Registered Nurse and care is provided by one of our staff nurses. Scheduled hours are Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; services may also be provided outside of this time frame and on Saturday/Sunday on an “as needed” basis. Outpatient services available in the Treatment Room include, but are not limited to: injections, IV infusions, dressing changes, Port and PICC care, chemo pump discontinuation, wound vac care, and Holter Monitor placement. Surgery/Outpatient Procedures

Cavalier County Memorial Hospital provides endoscopies (both upper and lower), cataract surgery, and general surgery right here in Langdon. Endoscopies (EGD’s and colonoscopies) are performed two days per month by Dr. Mary Aaland. Dr. Aaland is a board certified surgeon is the Director of Rural Surgery with University of North Dakota out of Grand Forks, ND. In addition to EGD’s and colonoscopies, Dr. Aaland performs general surgery as well as skin consultations and lesion removals. To schedule your routine colonoscopy, lesion removal, or surgical consultation contact Cavalier County Memorial Clinic at 701-256-6120 to set up an appointment.


At Cavalier County Memorial Hospital, we provide Physical Therapy Services for inpatients and swing bed patients based on their needs. Our physical therapists, Dr. Sarah Badding, PT, DPT, CSCS and Dr. Jessica Waslaski, PT, DPT, examine each individual patient and develop a plan using treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.
