Danielle Skaar

Family Nurse Practitioner-Certified

Ms. Skaar grew up near Webster, ND and attended school at Starkweather, graduating in 1996.  She attended UND, majoring in nursing and graduating in 2000.  Skaar graduated from the FNP program in May 2005.  Her previous FNP experiences have been in family practice at First Care Health Center in Park River and at Altru Clinic Lake Region in Devils Lake.  She enjoys the variety that working in family practice offers, but especially enjoys the areas of pediatrics and dermatology.  Danielle is a Certified Lactation Counselor which allows her to assist mothers and babies with questions or problems related to breastfeeding.  She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and involved in North Dakota Nurse Practitioner Association as well.  Danielle and her husband, Jason, farm near Hampden and have three children.  Ms. Skaar joined the staff at CCMH Hospital and Clinics in April 2008.



Heidi M. Bittner, M.D.
Dr. Bittner is a family practitioner whose practice involves the care of patients of all ages including delivering babies. Dr. Bittner provides prenatal care locally at the CCMH Langdon Clinic.


Robert H. Clayburgh, M.D.
Dr. Clayburgh is an orthopedic surgeon. He specializes in the treatment of the muscles, bones and joints.  His primary practice is surgery of the hand including traumatic and degenerative and congenital problems, as well as general orthopedics with trauma and total joint surgery.  Dr. Clayburgh sees patients on an alternating schedule with Dr. Schall.  He attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and completed his internship and residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.  Dr. Clayburgh's fellowship was completed at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.


Robert Dicken, M.D.

Dr. Robert Dicken is an ophthalmologist and provides care and treatment for cataracts and other eye disorders, including outpatient surgery.  Dr. Dicken attended University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.  His internship was completed at North Memorial Medical Center, Robbinsdale, MN, in family practice.  Dr. Dicken then attended the Department of Ophthalmology at University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. 

Alisha Johnston, D.P.M.

Dr. Alisha Johnston, DPM, provides podiatry care. She diagnoses and treats foot and ankle conditions and focuses on preventative health to keep you on your feet and moving. Dr. Johnston attended Arizona Podiatric Medicine Program completing her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. She completed her residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Fort Lewis, Washington. Dr. Johnston grew up in the Devils Lake area and is excited to care for patients in the region.


Jason Go Jason Go, M.D.

Dr. Go is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology.  He received his medical education from University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Phlippines, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.  Dr. Go received a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship from Creighton University Medical Center and an Inteventional Cardiology Fellowship from John Ochsner Heart & Vascular Institue, Ochsner Clinic Foundation, New Orleans, Louisianna. 


Michael Kruger, M.D.

Dr. Michael Kruger provides orthopedic care with a subspeciality in sports medicine, trained in musculoskeletal and sports medicine.  He provides care in fracture management and arthritis management and completes orthopedic evaluations. Dr. Kruger attended UND Medical School and then completed his family practice residency in Grand Forks.  His fellowship was completed at Hennepin County Primary Care Sports Medicine. 


Kimber-Lee Osowski, LICSW

Kimber-Lee Osowski is a Master Level Clinical therapist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy and diagnostic evaluations to children, adolescents and adults.  Kim is a graduate of the University of North Dakota.  Kim provides individual, couple, family and group therapy.  She utilizes a psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and strengths-based approaches to therapy.  She provides insight oriented therapy with emphasis on utilizing positive coping skills, improving social functioning and communication skills.


Kevin Panico, M.D.

Dr. Kevin Panico is a specialist in hematology and oncology, working with blood disorders and cancer.  He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and completed an internal medicine residency at SUNY Health Science Center.  He has also completed fellowships in pain and palliative care.


Mark Peterson, M.D.

Dr. Mark Peterson performs endoscopies and colonoscopies, which are same-day surgical procedures.  He sees patients twice a month.  Dr. Peterson is skilled in the evaluation and removal of skin lesions, as well as in the evaluation and treatment of skin disease.  He will be providing comprehensive, independent, full-service skin care to patients of all ages.  Dr. Peterson is a graduate of the UND School of Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine at the Universtiy of Wisconsin, Eau Clair.


Thomas Peterson, M.D.

Dr. Thomas Peterson is a founding partner, Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director of The Stadter Center in Grand Forks, ND. Dr. Peterson received his Medical Doctorate at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Grand Forks, ND. His specialty is General Psychiatry, and he completed his Psychiatry Resident Program in 1994 at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. After founding the Center of Psychiatric Care, a private outpatient mental health clinic, he in conjunction with others, founded The Stadter Center, a private inpatient mental health hospital, which opened in May of 2000. A member of the American Psychiatric Association, he received his Board Certification in Psychiatry in 1996.Dr. Peterson provides psychiatric care at the CCMH Langdon Clinic.


Rory Trottier, M.D.

Dr. Trottier provides more advanced care and surgical out-patient procedures in the area of routine gynecological care.  Dr. Trottier specializes in preventative care and annual exams, normal and high-risk obstetrics, infertility, menopausal care and has special training in pelvic surgery. Dr. Trottier received his medical degree from UND and completed his residency in Phoenix, AZ.


Scott Charette, M.D.

Dr. Scott Charette, general and vascular surgery, is board certified in surgery and specializes in aortic aneurysm, carotid disease and vascular surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota and was a surgical resident with the University Of North Dakota Department Of Surgery. He completed a vascular fellowship with the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.
